ILH~OS Refund Policy
Effective date: September 14, 2026
1. Seven-Day Trial
The ILH~OS seven-day trial does not require a trial fee. Because no trial fee is charged, there is no trial payment to refund.
2. Paid Service
Refund eligibility for paid ILH~OS service depends on the applicable proposal, order, invoice, payment terms, Master License Agreement, services already provided, and governing law. Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee approval.
3. How to Request Review
Email admin@thepearlzz.com with the subject ?ILH~OS Refund Request.?
Include:
- Purchaser or organization name
- Licensed physical site or property
- Account email and license number, if available
- Payment date and amount
- Invoice or transaction reference, if available
- Reason for the request
4. Review
PEARLZZ LIMITED will review the request against the applicable agreement, transaction records, services provided, and legal requirements. Additional information may be requested to verify the purchaser or transaction.
5. Approved Refunds
If approved, the refund will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method when reasonably available. Financial institutions and payment processors may require additional processing time.
6. Account and Data Effects
A refund, reversal, cancellation, or unresolved payment may result in suspension or termination of paid access as permitted by the applicable agreement. Suspension does not necessarily cause immediate deletion of stored data.
7. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits a right that cannot lawfully be waived. If a signed agreement provides different refund terms, that signed agreement controls for the transaction it covers.
