Account and Login Assistance
Never send a password by email. Support may ask for the account email, licensed property name, license number, screenshots that do not expose participant information, or the exact error message.
Protect Participant Information
Do not include participant names, Social Security numbers, medical details, financial information, passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information in a support email. Use a participant PID when identification is necessary.
Service Emergencies
ILH~OS support is not an emergency, medical, law-enforcement, or crisis-response service. Contact the appropriate emergency service when immediate health or safety assistance is required.
